Jig Ranchod

Jig Ranchod joined Vivid Capital in late 2020 as its President of Asset Management. In this role, Jig acts as a liaison between hotel management and Vivid Capital, where he is charged with upholding each respective hotel’s brand standards, in addition to ensuring each property is meeting or exceeding its expected performance metrics. Moreover, he monitors physical condition and contractual rights and obligations of the Vivid Capital investment portfolio, with a particular focus on renovation work. He enhances investment value through performance analysis, risk assessment, and capital investment oversight.

Jig has enjoyed a versatile career in hospitality, in which the past eight years were spent in the director of operations role for both Kisan Hospitality and Epiq Hotels, where he oversaw a hotel portfolio ranging from budget-oriented, limited-service properties to midscale, full-service assets. Earlier in his career, he owned and operated multiple fast-casual restaurants in the Memphis area.

 

Jig holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from University of South Florida. Jig enjoys working with the Vivid Capital team because he thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is constantly amazed by the energy, passion, and talent by which he is surrounded.
